When searching for a particular product, keep in mind that certain products may be listed differently then you might enter it.

An example can be found in "T-Shirt". If you search for "T Shirt" or "T Shirts" the product won't appear, but if you search for "Shirt" or the exact wording of "T-Shirt", your search will be successful.

When doing a keyword search "less" can be "more" -- therefore, try very broad searches to begin with, then narrow down your search from there (i.e. try "shirt" in the example above).
